Our refund and returns policy last 30 days. To be eligible for a return, Winholt Insulated Heater(Warmer)/Proofer: INHPL-1836C-DGT must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Re-stocking fee of 25% will be applied to all refunds unless prior arrangements have been authorized by our customer service team. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We thought that we got the wrong “drawer” with our warmer/proofer. The model number shows DGT as the last digits. This is supposed to be a digital drawer. After Canada Food Equipment investigated they found out from Winholt that the digital drawer had been discontinued a while back due to repair issues. Winholt neglected to change the model number. They had also neglected to change the info in the description and the spec sheets. Those documents say it has a digital drawer. CFE took the time today to call me to explain what had happened and to apologize for the misunderstanding so we are satisfied with how they handled this. However, I was told that they would correct the wrong info on their website. That was just over 3 hours ago and the info has not been changed. Re the actual warmer, it takes 45 min to reach a temp of 180. It has only been used once to maintain the temperature of food for about 2-3 hours and to warm pastries. It did a good job. You do have to be careful when loading food, the temperature drops quickly so do not keep the door open any longer than necessary.
