Our refund and returns policy last 30 days. To be eligible for a return, Southbend 4365D 36″ 5 Burner Gas Range w/ Standard Oven, Natural Gas must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Re-stocking fee of 25% will be applied to all refunds unless prior arrangements have been authorized by our customer service team. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
