Southbend Full Size Convection Oven
This 38" Single Deck Gas Convection Oven (BGS/12SC) from Southbend's Bronze Series is a solid piece of equipment that is Energy Star® Qualified. The high efficiency, Patented non-clog Jet Stream burners provide 54,000 BTUs of power for all of your convection needs. The coved porcelain interior helps distribute the heat properly, and also makes it easy to clean. The soft air, two-speed, 1/2 horse power fan motor and the 11-position rack guides add versatility to this convection oven.
